Jane advises clients primarily in the area of securities law, working on public and private securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions, and advising on continuous disclosure and other regulatory requirements applicable to public companies. Jane’s clients are predominantly in the mining industry and she works extensively with mining companies that are dual-listed on the TSX or TSX Venture Exchange and the Australian Securities Exchange.

Jane also advises a number of non-profit organizations, charities and membership associations on corporate governance issues, duties of directors, rules of procedure and constitution and bylaw matters.
