Colin Pendrith Joins Cassels Brock

Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Colin Pendrith has joined the firm as an associate in our Advocacy Group. He has a broad based practice grounded in commercial litigation, and has experience with products liability claims, copyright disputes, franchise matters and class actions. Colin has appeared in a variety of courts in Ontario including the Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.

Colin joined Cassels Brock as a summer student in 2009 and returned to article with the firm in 2010-2011. During his articles, Colin assisted with the update to the Watson & McGowan “Annual Survey of Recent Developments in Civil Procedure."

While studying law at the University of Windsor, Colin volunteered with Community Legal Aid, representing underserviced community members in criminal, provincial offences and academic integrity matters.

Prior to pursuing a legal education, Colin worked in the corporate sponsorship department of a prominent arts organization in Toronto.
