Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Chad Aboud has joined the firm as anassociate in our Securities Group. He represents both investment dealers and public companies in a variety of transactions including corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general securities compliance matters.
Chad obtained a JD/MBA degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. While in the joint program, Chad was the recipient of the Deans Gold Key Award, the JD/MBA Student Award and the Steven R. Huta Memorial Prize.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Chad was both an articling and summer student with the firm.
