Chad Aboud Joins Cassels Brock

Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Chad Aboud has joined the firm as anassociate in our Securities Group. He represents both investment dealers and public companies in a variety of transactions including corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general securities compliance matters.

Chad obtained a JD/MBA degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. While in the joint program, Chad was the recipient of the Dean’s Gold Key Award, the JD/MBA Student Award and the Steven R. Huta Memorial Prize.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Chad was both an articling and summer student with the firm.
