Wildeboer Dellelce is pleased to announce that Lara Wharton has joined the firm in the practice areas of securities and corporate finance.

Lara practises primarily in the areas of securities and corporate/commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, investment funds, and public company securities compliance matters. Lara has represented both issuers and investment dealers in a diverse range of industries in connection with public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, takeover bids and mergers and acquisitions.

Lara joined the firm as a summer student in 2011 and completed her articles with the firm in 2015. Lara is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and was called to the Illinois Bar in 2013.
