Stikeman Elliott is pleased to announce that Joseph Reynaud has become a new partner in our Montréal office.
Mr. Reynaud is a member of our Litigation Group with a practice focusing on restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation. Mr. Reynaud regularly advises and represents debtors, secured lenders, court-appointed officers and purchasers in proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangements Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. He is involved in Quebec-based, national and cross-border proceedings and has appeared before all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mr. Reynaud has participated in large-scale restructurings and commercial disputes in several industry areas that include airlines, aircraft financing, banking, construction, equipment financing, energy, manufacturing, pulp and paper, real estate and retail.
