Kevin Smyth is a member of the Corporate Group, the M&A/Negotiatied Transactions Group, Securities Practice Group and Global Mining Group in Toronto. His practice focuses on business law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (both private and public), corporate finance, corporate governance and securities law compliance matters.

Mr. Smyth has significant experience representing Canadian and U.S. private equity firms on M&A transactions and strategic investments across a range of industries.
