David Vaillancourt is a talented litigator with considerable knowledge and experience in general commercial litigation, notably professional liability defense in the financial and insurance sectors, and competition law. David has appeared as counsel before all levels of Court in Ontario, the Court of Appeal of Ontario, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Competition Tribunal.
