Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2017,  Stephanie Weschler is a partner in Montréal.

Stephanie Weschler is a member of the Employment and Labour Group in Montréal. Her practice is focused on all aspects of employment law, with a particular emphasis on advising public and private companies on the employment and labour law aspects of purchase and sale transactions. Stephanie has strong expertise in private equity firm acquisitions and divestitures as well as in cross-border matters, acting for clients throughout Canada, the US and internationally purchasing targets in Canada. Stephanie also provides strategic advice and assists clients in drafting executive agreements, change of control agreements, and restrictive covenants agreements, and advises on all matters relating to individual labour standards, human rights, the implementation of human resources documents, workplace investigation and more.
