Rosen Sunshine LLP welcomes associate Sari Feferman

Sari Feferman joined Rosen Sunshine LLP as an associate in August 2017 after practicing litigation at a boutique law firm in Toronto for over four years. Sari advises and represents health care professionals in regulatory, administrative and civil matters. She also provides opinions and general advice to health care professionals, health care organizations, and individuals with for a variety of health-related legal matters.

Sari completed her articles in the litigation department of a mid-sized law firm in Toronto and was called to the bar in June 2012. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at Dalhousie University and her Master of Arts at the University of Sussex. She obtained her J.D. at the University of Ottawa where she was involved in the Ottawa Law Review and the Health Law Students’ Association. Prior to articling, Sari worked as a summer student at the Public Health Agency of Canada and the HIV/AIDS Legal Clinic (Ontario).

Sari is an editorial board member of the Health Law in Canada journal and she is also a member and former executive board member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Health Law Section.
