Ryan practises primarily commercial, construction, and employment litigation. He assists clients with breach of contract and fiduciary duty cases, construction claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and disputes relating to interests in real property.

He appears before judges and masters in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and administrative tribunals, and attends discoveries and mediations.
