Michael’s practice focuses primarily on private equity, technology and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients in general corporate matters and counsels U.S. non-profit entities on incorporation, governance and operation. Michael regularly represents clients in a wide array of industries, including chemicals, technology, mining, auto rental, and equipment distribution and services. Michael received his JD from Columbia Law School.
