Anna provides advice on all legal issues related to pensions and benefits, including pension fund investment and pension-related litigation. Anna has advised defined benefit and defined contribution pension plan sponsors and administrators in the public and private sectors on plan governance and administration matters, including plan amendments, risk management, correction of administrative errors and fiduciary duties. Anna works with both plan administrators and assets managers on pension plan investment matters and has written and presented extensively on pension plan investments.
