His practice is focused on corporate finance with a particular emphasis on banking, commercial and corporate lending and real estate finance. Patrick acts for a variety of clients, including borrowers, financial institutions, administrative agents and sponsors. Additionally, he has significant experience in a wide range of transactions from bilateral facilities to cross-border syndicated facilities across a variety of industry sectors, including healthcare, automotive, retail, commercial, hotel and leisure.
