As of January 1, 2019, Steven Bennett is a partner in the Toronto office’s Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Mining Groups. His practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, proxy contests/contested meetings. He also acted for private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on inter-jurisdictional transactions in the mining and resources sector.
