As of January 1, 2019, Courtney Wilson is a partner in the Toronto office’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Mining and Securities Groups. Courtney represents both private equity and strategic players in domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures. She acts as counsel to issuers and securities dealers in connection with complex corporate finance transactions, as borrowers’ and lenders’ counsel in leveraged finance matters and as general corporate counsel to numerous clients. She has participated in legal posts and speaking engagements surrounding board membership and directors’ and officers’ insurance.
