Raminder Arora maintains a general commercial litigation practice with focus on corporate commercial disputes, construction and lien disputes, and professional negligence matters.

Raminder’s commercial litigation practice involves representing clients in wide variety of claims including but not limited to unpaid invoices, contractual disputes, negligence claims, fraud, and tort claims including professional liability claims arising from negligent misrepresentation. He is a fierce advocate, an effective negotiator, and believes in providing legal services tailored specifically to each of his clients’ needs.
