Jacqueline’s experience includes litigating contract disputes, oppression remedy cases, medical negligence matters, and professional discipline hearings for regulated individuals. When she’s not in court, Jacqueline teaches Advanced Contracts at Western University and regularly speaks at CPD programs. Jacqueline’s skill and expertise in health law cases was recently recognized by Best Lawyers™, where she was named to their Ones to Watch list in the category of medical malpractice law.
