Aleksandar is a member of our Litigation and Construction Law Groups. He has a broad range of experience litigating commercial and construction disputes. Aleksandar has represented clients on a variety of litigation matters, including the prosecution and defence of construction lien actions, the prosecution and defence of oppression actions, and the enforcement of various debt instruments and contractual provisions at private arbitrations and before the Superior Court of Justice.
