Addario Law Group welcomes Jocelyn Rempel to our criminal defence practice.

Before joining ALG, Jocelyn clerked for Justice Moldaver at the Supreme Court of Canada. In 2020-21, she articled at the Crown Law Office – Criminal.

While at Queen’s University Faculty of Law, Jocelyn worked with Professor Lisa Kerr researching the sentencing of racialized defendants in the criminal justice system. She authored an article in 2020 about the mental disorder defence published in the Criminal Law Quarterly. Jocelyn was on the Dean’s List throughout law school and was twice awarded the Dean’s Silver Scholar Award.
