Erica is developing a diverse practice in all areas of Corporate, Sports and Entertainment Law, with a focus on corporate acquisitions, financings, and negotiating agreements related to talent representation, brand partnerships, and deals for producers and artists. She also assists clients on matters related to the development, production, and exploitation of creative works, including film, television, and digital media.
