Lerners is pleased to welcome to welcome it’s latest associate, Tyler Macks.

Working out of the Toronto office, Tyler has a specialty risk and insurance practice focused on occupiers’ liability, municipal law, product liability, property damage, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance coverage. He is a passionate advocate who has successfully defended his clients in all levels of court, including recently arguing at the Court of Appeal for Ontario in Crete v. Ottawa Community Housing Corporation, 2024 ONCA 459. Tyler is also developing a health law practice with a focus on medical malpractice and professional regulatory matters.
