Prescient Compensation Law is pleased to welcome Jenifer Elmy as Counsel.

Jenifer maintains a broad practice, advising employers and plan administrators on pension, benefits, and compensation plans. With nearly a decade of experience in this specialized area, Jenifer brings deep knowledge of executive compensation and income tax to her role as Counsel.

Jenifer provides practical advice related to matters affecting the sponsorship and administration of pension and retirement plans. She also regularly advises on the tax and employment implications of various equity incentive plans and group benefit plans.

Beyond her technical expertise, Jenifer is dedicated to exceptional client service, advocating for clients’ interests through clear communication, collaboration and responsiveness.  An emerging leader in the practice area, Jenifer is currently the Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Pension and Benefits Law Section Executive.
