Lerners is pleased to welcome Gihan “Gigi” Joseph to the firm’s Personal Injury Group.

Gigi is developing a plaintiff-side personal injury practice, representing individuals and families affected by serious injuries and the life-changing challenges that often follow. Born and raised in London, Ontario, she is proud to serve the community she calls home.

Her interest in advocacy was shaped by early exposure to community-based efforts advancing the rights of marginalized individuals, fostering an appreciation for the law as a tool for accountability and meaningful change. Combined with her personal understanding of the impact wrongful injuries can have on individuals and their families, this perspective informs her approach to personal injury litigation.

Gigi is also committed to supporting her community beyond her legal practice. She serves as a Board Member of Women Empowerment of Canada for Newcomers and is a co-founder of the Windsor Cares Community Collective, reflecting her dedication to helping individuals facing systemic and financial challenges.
