Senior Litigation Associate

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate Lawyer to join our busy Litigation Department, supporting the Construction Group. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in Commercial Litigation. Prior experience in Construction Law is considered a strong asset.

The ideal candidate will:

Possess excellent drafting, communication and organizational skills;
Have experience managing a high-volume practice;
Have experience with complex motions, drafting pleadings, and discoveries;
Work well in a highly collaborative and professional team environment; and
Demonstrate a strong ability to develop and manage client relationships.
