Corman Feiner LLP Welcomes New Associate Michelle Stephenson
October 31, 2018Corman Feiner LLP is thrilled to welcome Michelle Stephenson, who has joined the firm as an Associate.
Michelle focuses her practice on commercial litigation, tort claims and administrative tribunal work. Before joining Corman Feiner, Michelle served as a staff lawyer at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, where she assisted the Chief Justice and judges of the Court with complex legal research and editing related to civil appeals. Michelle also gained valuable experience at the trial court level by completing a judicial clerkship at the Superior Court of Justice in the busy Central West Region. While at the Superior Court, Michelle assisted with a broad range of civil, criminal, family and estates litigation matters.
Michelle attended McMaster University where she received her BA (Hons.) in sociology, with Distinction. She received her JD from Queen’s University and was called to the bar in 2016. Michelle has volunteered with the Welcome Inn Community Centre in Hamilton and Youth Diversion in Kingston, Ontario, assisting children and youth with academic or behavioural challenges impacting their ability to succeed in school.
