Andrews practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2010 and completed his articles in 2011-2012, during which time he was seconded to the legal department at Royal Bank of Canada. Andrew returned to Osler as an associate in 2012.
