Beth Romano Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office
October 22, 2014Beth completed her J.D. at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University. She obtained her B.H.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario, as well as her H.B.A. degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. At law school, she received two Schulich Scholarships for academic and extracurricular success, as well as the Alistair Fraser Scholarship for high academic standing. She also received the Cox and Palmer Corporate Taxation Prize for the highest standing in Corporate Tax Law and the Henry B. Rhude Award for the highest standing in Secured Transactions.
In the past, Beth has worked as a law student at McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP in her hometown of London, Ontario, and as a consultant for London X-Ray Associates. She was also a member of the Dalhousie Wills Project and spent a term clerking at the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
