Paul practices in the area of Real Estate Law and Finance, and acts for Developers, Brokers, Purchasers, Vendors, Landlords, Tenants, Lenders, and Borrowers with respect to development, purchases, sales, leasing, lending, borrowing, and on occasion Real Estate related litigation matters. He acts on behalf of individuals and corporations that carry on business in Alberta as well as Internationally, and on a daily basis is involved with reviewing, drafting, negotiating, enforcing, and providing advice with respect to real estate and finance related matters and documents.
