Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Winda Fung has joined our Vancouver office as an associate in our Financial Services Group.
Winda has been involved in a variety of corporate transactions, corporate finance matters, mergers and acquisitions and domestic and cross-border lending transactions. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Winda was a summer and articling student at the firm.
