Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel Everall has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate Finance Group. Daniel was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.
Daniel practises corporate law with an emphasis on financings, securities, mergers, acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters involving both public and private companies.
