Daniel Szirmak Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office
September 26, 2016Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is pleased to welcome Daniel Szirmak to the Litigation Group.
Daniel received a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, where he was involved with the Journal of International Law and International Relations, Artists’ Legal Advice Services and the Peer Mentorship Program through the law school. Previously, he received a B.A., magna cum laude, in government and history from Cornell University, where he served as managing editor of a research journal and as fundraising chair of his fraternity.
Before joining Blakes, Daniel worked as a prosecutor for the City of Toronto in its parking and traffic courts. Previously, he interned with the Clerk’s Office of the U.S. Supreme Court as well as Ontario’s Ministry of Citizenship & Immigration.
