Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP welcomes associate Christine Kellowan
January 4, 2017It is with great pleasure that we announce that Christine Kellowan has joined Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP, working with the Construction and Litigation Practice Groups as an Associate.
Christine acts on a variety of construction and commercial litigation matters. She represents various actors in the construction industry, including owners, general contractors, developers and subtrades. Her past experience includes litigation matters involving employment and commercial leasing. Christine previously worked as a municipal prosecutor for provincial offences and as an Assistant Enforcement Analyst (Legal) at Ontario’s wholesale electricity market regulator.
Christine graduated from York University summa cum laude in 2008 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011. Christine was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. She furthered her legal education by completing the Osgoode Certificate in Construction Law in 2014 and Osgoode’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop in 2015.
Christine is a member of the faculty for the Construction Law course at George Brown College, and the current Vice President and Secretary of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction.
