Henry Ngan joins Osler’s Toronto Office
September 26, 2014Henry is an associate in our Litigation Group. He maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice.Prior to joining Osler, Henry was Crown Counsel at the Ministry of the Attorney General (Ontario) and had worked on constitutional, regulatory and administrative law matters. Previously, he served as a judicial law clerk at the Federal Court (Canada). Henry also summered and articled in the Toronto office of a prominent business law firm. Henry graduated on the Deans Honour List from the Faculty of Law at McGill University. While in law school, he competed in the Canadian Corporate/Securities Law Moot and volunteered for the Legal Information Clinic. Henry also worked as a research assistant to several faculty members at McGill University and the University of Hong Kong.
