Jessica is developing her practice in a variety of capital market transactions and securities regulatory matters, including equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and corporate governance and securities law compliance matters.
Jessica summered at Blakes after her second year of law school and articled with the Firm upon graduation. During her articles, she completed a secondment with the Ontario Securities Commission in its corporate finance branch.
