Koziebrocki Law welcomes Associate Anne Marshall
April 21, 2022Koziebrocki Law is pleased to welcome Anne Marshall to its team.
Anne defends regulated professionals facing complaints, investigations, registration and disciplinary matters. Prior to joining Koziebrocki Law, Anne worked for a provincial regulator as both a prosecutor and in-house counsel. She has appeared before the Divisional Court, Licence Appeal Tribunal and Small Claims Court. Anne also has experience in employment law, civil litigation and constitutional law.
Anne is a graduate of the University of Toronto Law School, where she competed in the Competition Law Moot and won both best oralist and best team awards. Anne also worked with U of T’s legal clinic in its employment law division.
Prior to law school, Anne worked for a professional association that represented medical residents and advocated for optimal training, education and working conditions during their residency programs. She is actively involved in the community, serving as a Board Member for Women’s Habitat of Etobicoke and as a Mentor with the Yonge Street Mission.
