Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Liam Tracey-Raymont has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate Finance Group. Liam was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.

Liam’s practice focuses on corporate finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters involving both public and private companies.

Liam is also a contributor to startupsource.ca, an award-winning blog which features timely commentaries on the latest developments in startup news, events and information on capital raising and planning for future growth.
