Lindsay’s practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance. She joined Blakes as a summer student in 2012 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2013/2014.
During her articles, Lindsay completed a secondment to the head office of one of the Firm’s large retail clients, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and compliance matters.
