Mariam Al-Shikarchy Joins Cassels Brock
May 2, 2012Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Mariam Al-Shikarchy has joined the firm as an associate in our Tax Group.
Mariam maintains a general tax law practice that includes all aspects of domestic and international tax planning.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Mariam practiced with another major Canadian law firm, where she gained experience in the areas of tax and trusts.
While in law school, Mariam received the WeirFoulds LLP prize for highest standing in Administrative Law and was actively involved in volunteer programs such as ProBono Students of Canada and the Community & Legal Aid Services Programme. Prior to attending law school, Mariam competed in Division 1 NCAA tennis, where she was an Academic All-American.
