Nick Roudev Joins Osler’s Toronto Office
October 9, 2012Nicks practice includes general corporate law matters and various issues of commercial transactions with a focus on technology, payment systems, procurement, public-private partnerships, outsourcing, international and cross-border transactions, privacy and miscellaneous issues specific to e-commerce.
Nick completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University, University of the National and World Economy in Sofia, and the University of Toronto, Trinity College, where he earned his Honours B.A. in International Relations and Economics in 2004. Nick pursued graduate doctoral studies in international political economy at Stanford University and the Central European University in Budapest, where his dissertation research explored European Union financial regulatory law and international commercial banking regulation. Nick obtained his J.D. in June 2011 at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and attended the School of Economics and Business Law at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, where his studies and research focused on Nordic commercial law, as well as the procedural and regulatory law of the European Union.
