Noel Chow joins Fasken Martineau
November 13, 2015Noel Chow is an associate in the Business Law group in Fasken Martineau’s Toronto office. Noel maintains a broad corporate/commercial practice and has been involved in a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and private placements.
Noel is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. She previously obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the Queen’s School of Business. Prior to law school, Noel was a Commercial Banking Associate at TD Bank, where she underwrote credit analyses and conducted due diligence reviews for mid-market corporations.
Noel summered and articled with the firm and was seconded to the legal department of Manulife Financial (John Hancock) during both her summer and articling terms. While at Manulife, Noel assisted with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements and assisted with the integration of Standard Life’s operations into Manulife’s business.
