Emily has a broad litigation practice, covering areas of litigation such as, employment, union-side labour, insolvency, professional discipline matters, and commercial law. Emily is committed to providing practical, efficient and effective solutions to her client’s legal issues.
Emily joined Paliare Roland as an associate in 2017 after working for the firm as both a summer student and an articling student. As a law student, Emily spent two terms working at Parkdale Community Legal Services and won prizes for receiving top marks in copyright law and legal process.
