Pallett Valo Grows its Construction Practice

Pallett Valo LLP is pleased to announce that Jeremy Power has joined the firm’s Construction Practice.

Jeremy obtained a JD at the University of New Brunswick, an MSc (Econ) at James Cook University, and a BBA at Memorial University of Newfoundland. He is called to the bar in Ontario, Alberta, and Nova Scotia.

He has practiced as a construction and infrastructure lawyer for clients in both Canada and the United States, representing clients across all levels of the construction pyramid and in various infrastructure sectors, including in the area of renewable energy.

Known for his solutions-oriented approach, Jeremy drafts and negotiates complex construction agreements—including CCDC, EPC and LTSA agreements that mitigate risk and drive successful project execution. He uses this approach to assist clients in dealing with construction and infrastructure disputes either through negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

Prior to joining Pallett Valo LLP, Jeremy served as General Counsel for an AI-based construction platform, putting him at the forefront of integrating AI to transform risk management and contract administration within the construction industry. Jeremy continues to draw on that innovative experience in his legal practice, helping clients realize the transformative potential of technology in construction and infrastructure projects.
