Shibley Righton LLP welcomes Philip Kubiak to the firm

Shibley Righton LLP warmly welcomes Philip as a litigation associate in our Civil and Commercial Litigation group. He will be representing clients involved in disputes concerning contract, construction law, estate litigation and professional liability. Before joining Shibley Righton, Philip articled and practiced civil litigation law at a boutique law firm in Ottawa and has represented clients before various Administrative Tribunals, Ontario Courts, and the Federal Court.
During law school, Philip was a volunteer with Pro-Bono Students Canada assisting with Civil Claims Duty Counsel. Prior to law school, Philip attended Wilfrid Laurier University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Philosophy.
