SpringLaw Welcomes Lexa Cutler

November 7, 2023

We’re thrilled to welcome Lexa Cutler to SpringLaw as a labour and employment lawyer. With a diverse background, Lexa brings a wealth of expertise to our team. She’s well-versed in workplace law, offering creative, empathetic, and efficient solutions to legal challenges for both employers and employees. Lexa’s experience spans from human rights issues, wrongful dismissals, health and safety concerns, to WSIB matters, and grievance and policy arbitrations. She has natural collaborative instincts and is a quick tech learner, making it easy for her to adapt quickly to client platform preferences.

Lexa holds a JD from Queen’s University, where she earned the Queen’s Law Prize in Trial Advocacy, and she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. Since summering at an employment law boutique in 2019, Lexa has focused exclusively on employment and labour law, making her wise beyond her years of call.  Outside of her legal pursuits, Lexa serves the community as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Durham Rape Crisis Centre.

Lexa’s personal interests include exploring her new hometown of Newcastle, Ontario, where she enjoys local breweries, walks with her bullmastiff, River, camping, musical theatre, cooking, and indulging in a captivating fantasy novel.

We’re eager for you to meet her!
