Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2020, Barbara Sheng is a partner in the Montréal office.
Barbara is a member of the Corporate Group. Her practice is primarily focused on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies and investments funds, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and going private transactions.
