Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2020, Kevin A. Custodio is a partner in the Montréal office.

Kevin is a member of the Corporate Group. His practice primarily focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies as well as private equity and venture capital. Kevin’s experience includes advising several Canadian and foreign clients in acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and general commercial negotiations across industry sectors.
