Stuart Breen joins Lawson Lundell

Lawson Lundell LLP is pleased to welcome Stuart Breen, a leading corporate finance and securities lawyer, as a partner based in the Vancouver office.

Stuart brings extensive experience advising domestic and international companies in corporate, commercial and securities matters. His experience spans a wide variety of transactions including equity and debt financings, business combinations, acquisitions and stock exchange listings, and advising clients on corporate and securities regulatory compliance issues and corporate governance matters.

A significant portion of Stuart’s work has been focused on the mineral exploration, development and mining industry where he has assisted clients with completing commercial transactions such as joint ventures, option/earn-ins, royalties, strategic investments and asset acquisitions. Stuart also regularly provides advice on the unique continuous disclosure requirements of companies in the mining industry. Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Stuart was a partner at a national law firm where he sat on its national executive of the energy, infrastructure and mining industry group.
