Torkin Manes welcomes new partner, Niklas Holmberg

Torkin Manes is pleased to welcome incoming partner Niklas Holmberg to the firm’s robust Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group.

Niklas specializes in complex litigation and has represented clients in all manner of commercial and civil disputes, including shareholder oppression actions, corporate governance disputes, high-profile  defamation claims, complex contract disputes, professional negligence claims, fraud and misrepresentation and misappropriation of confidential information. Niklas has significant experience obtaining urgent injunctive relief, including freezing and disclosure orders.

His exceptional advocacy skills have brought him before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court (Divisional Court, Civil Division and Commercial List), as well as regulatory bodies, and in private arbitrations.
