Vanessa Mui joins Fasken Martineau

Vanessa Mui is a member of Fasken Martineau’s Health Law group and Life Sciences Industry practice group. She assists with the drafting and reviewing of a variety of corporate agreements, including medical provider services agreements. She also advises clients on legal and regulatory compliance matters in the areas of health care and health care professionals, medical devices, charities and not-for-profit organizations, and food industry.

Vanessa is also licensed as a Registered Dietitian in the Province of Ontario with clinical, research and industry experience. She previously worked at Unilever Canada Inc. and Kellogg Canada Inc. in the areas of nutrition marketing and scientific & regulatory affairs, with a focus on functional foods and natural health products. Vanessa’s academic and professional background allows her to bring different perspectives to the various issues faced by clients in the health sector and life sciences industry.
