Rose Leto LL.B.

Ms. Leto is a partner at Neinstein&Associates LLP. She practices in the area of personal injury and insurance litigation with a primary focus on motor vehicle accidents, long term disability and slip and fall cases.

Rose has appeared on behalf of her clients at many levels of Court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. She has also represented clients before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Canada Pension Plan Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.

Rose has earned a reputation as a very thorough and diligent lawyer ensuring her client’s cases are managed and advanced with the utmost care and consideration. Rose also participates in many continuing legal education programs and medical education seminars to better serve her clients.
